OLYMPIA

The dynamic sports chronograph.

In the glory days of mechanical chronographs, they could be found on the wrists of racers, pilots, astronauts, and daredevils of all sorts. A dashing combination of style, substance, and spirit, the Olympia is that classic chronograph, revived.

Three subdials in a classic 3-6-9 layout show running seconds, elapsed minutes, and hours. Its bezel employs a tachymeter for track days, and while off the track, its high-contrast black subdials on a white base dial make it as striking as it is timeless.

A NEW CLASSIC

The legend of chronographs can be traced to a time when they were worn by the most daring. They were there when boundaries were pushed, records broken, and history made. While mechanical movements have largely been phased out, the romance remains.

The handsome yet utilitarian design, the tactile feel of engaging pushers, and the mechanical sweep of the chronograph evoke an era of momentum and progress, when anything seemed possible.

OLD-SCHOOL COOL

Just like its forebears, the Olympia sports a Hesalite crystal. It's stood the test of time on the wrists of race car drivers, pilots, and astronauts. It has a distinct clarity and charm sapphire just can't replicate.

Afraid of scratches? The Olympia includes a Polywatch tube and polishing cloth to keep it looking like new.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT

The Olympia uses BGW9 Superluminova on its hands, markers and bezel for a beautiful blue glow and superior low-light visibility.

READY FOR ACTION

Inside the Olympia ticks the SII/TMI (Seiko Instruments Inc./Time Module Inc.) NE88, a three-register automatic chronograph featuring a vertical clutch and a column wheel to ensure smooth and crisp action.

It won't win prizes for decoration, but the goal was never to make something fancy. With Seiko's renowned reliability, this is how a mechanical sports chronograph was always meant to be.
